Can you get a longhorn trim in a RAM rebel?

Does anyone know if it is possible to change the interior of the RAM rebel? Can a factory do a swap? Or is it permanently restricted as of 2019?
As of now, this is impossible. There are stings of reasons why , but manufacturers prefer to keep certain trims isolated from others.
