Hello everyone! My name is James Paulman, I am a wrestler! I have wrestled for one year now, and I want larger muscles to increase my stamina and endurance.

So I was wondering, do any of you know how to do this quicker, and easier. What should I try? Any amount of help is greatly appreciated! :fire:

Hello James, since it was once something I personally got into, I can tell you that there is a very wide variety of things that can increase muscle production, and quite fast.

You can begin by introducing more protean into your diet, as a vegetarian, I did tofu, soy protein and nuts. Protein is essential in maintaining amino acid chemical buildup, and therefore can boost your results drastically. Likewise, lack of protein will shrink muscle mass, and make you frail.

You can also eat meat, protein bars, protein shakes, use "bulk-up", whey protein, and much much more.

I would not buy anything on this matter off the internet, because that would be a waste of your money. Just do some research, usually 99% of the world concurs: protein and excessive= massive results :)

Cheers, Ferdinand

What about steroids? I would never personally try them but do they help? :side:

James, using steroids might sound like "an easy way out" ,but it not only is addictive(ie you are never impressed with the results) , but you also risk permanent damage to your body.

Steroids literally disrupt everything within your body. They might improve you in the short term, but muscle cells accumulate in the heart, that is why most steroid users die of heart disease (ironic,I know).

Also, accumulation of muscle cells in your sausage (down there) case blood vessels to be crushed. This in essence makes a bit of muscle at the base, but your junk literally shrinks due to lack of vascularization.

Just go all natural, it might be tough to get into, but its worth it! (QQ)
