So I was looking at prons i admit it. But i was downloading this one movie and all of a sudden norton gave me message that trojan.zeroaccess!inf4 was found in my computer.
I tried to remove it but it needs to be "manually removed" can you guys plox help me.

Ok, the problem is that when the program is run, your BIOS is temporarily configured improperly. Start off by restarting your computer to get all the program extensions to work again. This will solve your second concern.

For your first concern turn off your laptop. Turn it back on, now hold f2 or f8 as the computer starts. If your computer is using an "fn" key, hold fn+f2 or f8 (these are different in each system)

When you hold them a screen will pop up, this will not load your windows os. Click through it, and go to your general settings. You will notice that they are currently different. Simply toggle it to "factory settings". Save this and restart your laptop.

Also all my programs are screwed up, they are blank and empty, I cant run anything! :pissedoff:

Ok this got rid of the virus entirely but now my laptop wont work properly. Everything is screwed up, like my graphics card and function key wont function.
